2007年から継続して制作している、ビデオインスタレーションシリーズ。
私はこの『MIRROR』シリーズで、新しい「絵画」の可能性を提示する。

制作者の姿や視線が、画面の中に写り込みながら、絵画は進行していく。刻々と変化していく、絵の具のしたたりの中に、複雑な模様が浮かぶ。
その「模様」は、制作者である私の意図をも超えていく。
鑑賞者はその「模様」の中に、自らの記憶をみるだろう。

「作品は、ちょうど音楽が楽しまれるように味わわれればいい。しばらくするとそれを好きになったりならなかったり。それにしても、そんなに深刻な問題とは思えませんね。私にとってはある花は好ましく、また別のある花は好ましくない。でもそれは少なくとも何かをあたえてくれるでしょう。―― そして私はそれにチャンスを与える」

I have been working on a video installation series titled "MIRROR" from 2007. In it, I present new possibilities of what a painting can be.

The painter's figure and eyes are reflected in a picture and pictures are drawn. It appears a complicated pattern in the drip of paints which changes every moment.
The "pattern" also exceeds my intention which is a painter.
In the "pattern", an appreciation person will see his memory.

 Jackson Pollock said;
I think it should enjoyed just as music is enjoyed – after a while you may like it or you may not. But it doesn't seem to be too serious. I like some flowers, and others, other flowers I don't like. I think at least it gives – at least give it a chance. …
